And so it goes...

Fernanda Natale
Fernanda Maria Maddalena Natale-Reynolds
Born in Italy, Fernanda was profoundly influenced by constant exposure to great art, style and design. In 1968, Fernanda came to the United States, bringing with her a passion for art. She became a U.S. citizen in 1973; attended South Dakota State University for three years and continued her education at San Diego State University. A resident of California for over twenty years, Fernanda took a break to raise five wonderful children.
Fernanda has dedicated her time to art since 1993. She added to her training from Watts Atelier, 2nd Studio and workshops by other noted professional artists. Fernanda has co-founded several art associations and galleries and partnered with Don Tornavanu of Renaissance Art and Restoration. Together they worked on the restoration of the House of Hospitality in San Diego, as well as numerous other projects throughout the United States.
While an accomplished artist in several mediums, she is most recognized for her plein air paintings, done throughout San Diego County. Through the rain, wind, heat, cold, rapidly changing light, bugs and sunburns; she developed a passion for outdoor painting. The changing conditions compel fast, careful, direct, broad strokes, avoiding excessive detail.
