Daniela Ovtcharov

I was born on 16 of October 1964 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
I have one younger sister. In our time is difficult to be specialist in many
areas or this is my excuse.

I was interesting in many fields- physic, chemistry,
mathematics, psychiatry and history. I ended graduating conservation and restoration from the National Art Academy in Bulgaria. On the second year in the Academy I met my husband Vladimir. Since than we are married and have two children. They are of course vary pretty and smart. My whole life I worked with my hands- restoration, paintings, sculptures, design, and frescos. I never worked for anybody for witch I consider myself very lucky.

I traveled a lot in Europe. Since I am 33 we moved with my family in USA. We are Now traveling a lot with my husband in US. We participate in number of juried art Events and also exhibit in galleries. When I am at home I paint every day. I have many friends and many hobbies. I like the city lifestyle, hiking in the mountings or biking is something I will never understand.

In my paintings I show people, because that is what intrigues me. I enjoy listening to their stories. I want to enter in people’s souls and minds. I am very curios person and hope I will never be tired to love people. For me nothing is to serious or important in general, including life. So, the art is part of the life and for me is like a game.
